The percentage shows per language how many of the important fields are filled (title, description, images, attributes, SEO). You decide which fields count via Settings, Completeness Sets. It is a tool to see which products still need attention.
Only administrators can set products to Published. Other roles can create and edit products, but publishing is deliberately a separate step, because only published products go to Shopify.
Before every bulk enrichment you see a cost estimate for the whole batch. Each workspace also has a monthly cost cap, so there are never surprises.
No. NEXERA prepares, you decide. Nothing goes to Shopify until a product is published, and deleting always asks for explicit confirmation. Shopify remains the system of record for orders and checkout.
Yes. A snapshot is taken before every enrichment. Via the review queue or the product history you restore the previous situation, per field or completely.
Your data lives in its own, strictly separated workspace and remains yours. Team members only see what their role allows.
