How to sign in
NEXERA uses passwordless login, so you never need to remember a password.
Go to the login page and enter your work email address.
Check your inbox: you will receive a one-time login code by email.
Enter the code and you are in. If you work in multiple workspaces, pick the right workspace afterwards.
The code does not arrive
Check your spam or junk folder. Shared mailboxes (such as info@ addresses) sometimes filter login emails.
Wait a minute and request a new code. Codes expire after a few minutes.
Make sure you use the correct email address: the address you were invited with.
"This email address is not known"
Access to NEXERA is by invitation. If you see a message that your email address is not known, no account has been created for you yet. Ask your workspace administrator to invite you via Settings, or contact support.
